Alexis Lopez, ASW
Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker
Supervised by Stefan Paquet, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #118370

I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, without judgment and without needing to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are inherently resilient, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My background in social work has allowed me to support individuals navigating conflict, life transitions, and challenges around independence, identity, and safety. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, and my goal is to meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping their lives.
I use an integrated, strengths-based approach that adapts to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re working through anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, or simply trying to make sense of what comes next, I’m committed to walking alongside you as a teammate supporting your growth.
People often describe me as genuine, easy to talk to, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with your inner voice. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, developing healthier patterns, and creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.
