Rachel Coulter is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, working in Juvenile Justice, school-based therapy, nonprofit organizations, and private practice. She has extensive experience supporting adolescents, women, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
 
She also specializes in supporting women of all ages experiencing infertility, weight-related concerns, and other life challenges. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
 
Rachel is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can develop insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
