Once you make the decision to seek therapy, the next step is finding a therapist that is right for you.  Finding that someone you trust to help you work on reaching your therapeutic goals can feel daunting, especially if that person is for your child.

I am here to provide a safe environment to assist in helping you address whatever your concerns may be.  Whether it be depression, anxiety, change in life, divorce/separation, peer relationships, trauma, or any concern you or your child may be struggling with, I am here to help.

After obtaining my bachelor’s degree at Fresno State, I returned to earn my teaching credential in early childhood education.  I taught in the classroom for several years before taking a break to raise my own children.  Once I decided to change the direction of my career, I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

My experience includes working with children, adults, and families using an evidenced based model to help restore positive communication and connection.  I also have extensive experience in a school-based setting working directly with students in kindergarten through 8^th grade.  Also, my graduate coursework and clinical hours at the Marjaree Mason Center have equipped me with tools for helping children and adults who have experienced domestic violence.
