Dahlia Hagblom, APCC
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Supervised by Rene Huerta, Sr., PPS, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #129815
Are you feeling disconnected from others? Are you struggling with sadness, anxiety, or issues from the past? You don’t have to go through these tough times alone.
I use different evidence-based treatments based on the needs and goals of each individual. These treatments include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. We will work together to gain a better understanding of your driving force, otherwise known as your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or just having a difficult time in general, I have the time and space to listen to you, understand you, and support you.
