Georgina Crisanto, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I believe individuals already have the answers inside themselves but sometimes we tend to get lost in the overwhelming feelings of our situations and this is where I can help. I offer a safe space to help guide and walk alongside you through these difficult times. I help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and overwhelm find happiness. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults with various situations including major life changes, managing stress, relationship issues, self-improvement, anger management, and parenting/co-parenting.
I help couples struggling in their relationships, whether they are on the verge of separation/divorce, having issues with communication, or just want to improve their relationship. I help couples regain their emotional connection and intimacy through couples therapy. In addition, I assist couples in moving from constant conflict to peaceful communication.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, overwhelm, life transitions, or low self-esteem, I am ready to join you in your journey to feeling well again.
