Jenhi Garcia, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Healing from life challenges can feel confusing, overwhelming, and lonely. I believe therapy should be a process of growth and change that can support you with understanding how to heal yourself. My goal is to guide you through this process and help you to find the clarity, meaning, and tools you need to live a fulfilling life.
As a practitioner, I will work to build a safe space for you to feel heard and seen, unconditionally as you are. My approach is eclectic and humanistic, which encourages you as the expert of your life to use your intuition to find solutions to challenges. I will use a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach that personalizes treatment and modalities to your unique situation.
I have experience supporting adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience working in a school-based setting, outpatient mental health clinics, with conservatorship, and in private practice. I strive to continuously expand my skills and clinical knowledge to best serve my clients, so I am always open to learning something new that will help you. In our work together, I will do my best to provide you with flexible, creative, and client-centered care.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you along your journey to self-healing!
