Jennifer Richards, APCC
Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Supervised by Stefan Paquet, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #118370
Therapy with me is a journey of self-discovery and growth, where we explore and embrace your uniqueness. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with a blend of mindfulness, acceptance, behavioral strategies, and creativity.
I believe in using an integrated approach that allows me to structure therapeutic interventions to each individual. I realize that what works for one person may not work for another and trust you to take an active role in creating your therapeutic journey. Together we can identify what is causing distress and take the necessary steps to empower you to live your most authentic and meaningful life.
I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and issues related to chronic pain and illness as well as disordered eating and self-image. Whether you are experiencing symptoms related to these issues or are simply seeking personal development, I would love to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself freely.
