Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by Tammie Makely, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #113186
Life is a literal game and I strive to help my clients learn the rules of that game to navigate it with ease and clarity. Life experiences have the ability to make us question our value and our ability to overcome obstacles.
In Therapy with me, I utilize an open, honest, yet empathetic and solution focused approach. I believe you have the ability to create the life you desire through discovery and understanding of SELF. With your willingness and my genuine support I believe we can do amazing work on YOU.
A space absent of judgment and ridicule is essential to the process of Therapy. Because of the Divine and Unique individual you are, I take pride in ensuring the techniques and modalities I use are tailored to you, your child and/ or your families specific needs.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, sexual trauma, grief/loss, relationship and familial trauma and couples work. I also enjoy integrating inner child work, genograms, and spirituality dependent upon your specific needs.
My passion for assisting others with reaching their highest potential makes me LOVE my work as a Therapist and I’m looking forward to working with you.
