I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress management, family conflicts, coping with life changes, career difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence, body image, or trauma. My approach to therapy is client-centered, non-judgmental, relational & honors mind, body & spirit connection.
