Leilani Mitchell, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Often people go through life just going through the motions, balancing school, work, home life, social life, relationships and much more. As a therapist with experience working with infants, children, adolescents, adults and couples I will use genuine curiosity, and empathy to learn your story to help you explore and process your feelings and emotions. Together we will discover ways to assist you in developing coping skills and assist you with helping you live the life you want.
This will be a space for you to go at your own pace and together we can create a treatment plan that works best for you. I use a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities that may range from addressing attachment issues, and relationship-based therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches.
I invite you to a space where you can be unapologetically yourself and a space to feel safe to share your story with me. I will aim to use an approach that will be tailored to your needs for therapy. A space for you to grow, and process, feel empowered and most importantly supported and accepted. I cannot wait to work together.
