Michele Dodd, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. I have 6 years’ experience working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds with a variety of mental health needs including substance use/abuse, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by the Criminal Justice and Child Welfare Systems. I have an empathic and compassionate spirit, and I am honored to assist people as they face life’s challenges and navigate the world around them.
Through a strength-based, person-centered, solution focused approach, I strive to work with my clients and help them to establish realistic and attainable goals. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT to empower my clients and provide a safe, judgement-free space to share their experiences, and process their thoughts and feelings. Clients will learn skills to assist them in building better relationships with themselves and the world around them.
