Olivia Hayes, APCC
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Supervised by Rene Huerta, Sr., PPS, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #129815
I enjoy connecting with individuals through their mental health journey and I am passionate about working with those who have experienced trauma in any way.
The approach that I like to take is one where I meet the client where they are at, and work with each client as a team to decide what will work best for each individual case as therapy can be such a vulnerable place requiring a trusting relationship.
I love to use things like empowering techniques to build you back up from where you have been. I will challenge you when I see you need that push and will walk alongside you as we work through what life has thrown at you. I will work with you not only to listen to your struggles, but to understand who you are as a person.
I use evidence-based techniques based on each individual case and needs presented. These techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
