“Your mind is your garden, your thoughts are your seeds, you can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.” – Unknown
I help infants and toddlers grow, thrive, meet milestones, and bring joy back to your heart. Your story is important no matter how big or small the struggles are. We can all benefit from the power of being heard, feeling empathy, and feeling connected. I believe in a person’s personal growth and ability to make positive changes in their lives for themselves.
I help children, couples, and families by strengthening the family unit and individuality. I have 4+ years in counseling experience working with youth and their families in the community and educational setting.
I’m trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Infant and Toddler Mental Health, and mindfulness. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD/ADD, trauma, and other childhood dysregulation disorders.
