Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by Stefan Paquet, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #118370

Life is full of transitions, whether that’s becoming a parent, supporting a child through school, or navigating major changes. These moments can be exciting, but they can also bring stress and uncertainty. With the right support, you can navigate these challenges and find balance, connection, and growth.
As a therapist, I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to support you through these challenges. My background as a school counselor helps me connect with children and teens navigating complex systems, while my passion for women’s mental health is rooted in my own journey with infertility, birth trauma, and the realities of parenting twins. I understand the unique challenges that come with parenting multiples, as well as the strain that major life transitions can place on the relationships in our lives.
I believe that much of our healing happens through connection, which is why the relationship between therapist and client is central to the work we do. I aim to provide a genuine, supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to navigate their journey.
Even during life’s most difficult seasons, change is possible. My goal is to help you and your family find clarity, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with hope and confidence.
