Stefan Paquet, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Let’s be honest, life is often a struggle. We go through hardships in our relationships, at work, school, home, and within ourselves. Some experience depression, anxiety or trauma, while others struggle to understand or accept who they are. That being said, life is also amazing and can be full of beautiful moments and experiences. The difficulty lies when our struggles get in the way of being able to enjoy those good moments.
My hope as your therapist would be to help you manage and overcome whatever struggles you might be experiencing, and to allow you to enjoy the beauty in life. I believe everyone has the ability to feel happy and fulfilled, and my goal is to help you reach that potential. I have experience in working with teens and adults struggling with a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience working with LGBTQ youth/young adults who struggle with sexuality and gender, and have helped many clients go through the process of hormone therapy/gender reassignment surgery.
As a therapist, I strongly believe in providing you with a safe, non-judgmental space to ensure your needs are met during our sessions. I use client centered and integrative therapy modalities to help you find answers within yourself. I will walk with you and support you through your journey so you feel confident tackling life’s challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to take part in helping you reach your goals.
