Life got you down?  Are you feeling stuck, frustrated, or upset with your current experiences?  Many of us are but it’s often difficult for us to see it and, for some, even harder to admit it.  When people experience any form of trauma, it is not uncommon for them to need help and I would love to be the person to help you get through your life challenges.  My clients say my down-to-Earth, friendly, and calming disposition help them feel safe and comfortable so that they can bridge a path on their own away from the trauma. 

I received my Master’s of Science in Marriage Family Child Counseling in 2011 as well as my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 2009.  I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  I focus on treating individuals with depression/anxiety,  sexual addiction, PTSD, aftereffects of childhood molestation, grief/loss, and addiction/co-occurring/codependency issues.

I specialize in helping increase a couple’s connection and understanding, even after an affair, using the Gottman Method to Couple’s Therapy.  As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, I help clients understand their anger and develop healthier responses. I look forward to helping you soon!
