Tyler Avila, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve been serving individuals and families in the mental health field since 2020. My passion is helping people find balance, healing, and meaning through compassionate and evidence-based care.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, and I also have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My therapeutic style is collaborative and goal-oriented, focusing on helping you build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-understanding.
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, family trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Whether you’re looking to improve your emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, or simply find greater peace in your daily life, I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can grow at your own pace.
As a Christian therapist, I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. I believe in meeting clients where they are — whether that means including spirituality or focusing solely on psychological approaches.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
