Carolina Cervantes, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Life can be challenging, stressful, and painful. You may be wondering if things will ever change or if you can feel like yourself again. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy no matter what he or she are going through, and taking that first step back to healing and happiness is a sign of strength. I provide a therapeutic space for you to express any feelings, thoughts, or experiences safely and without any judgment. I use a person-centered approach to support you in reaching your goals.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression and anxiety. I have studied Latino psychology and cultural humility, and continue to educate myself about cultural topics in order to provide an understanding and trusting therapeutic environment.
I am certified by the California Center as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, and have experience working with attachment, relational and other behavioral health concerns with infants, children, youth and their families. You do not have to go through this alone. Lets work together to help you feel well again.
