Kao Lee, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Throughout life we all go through various challenges and difficulties, which sometimes can be kept deep within. You don’t have to remain stuck or go through this process alone, as sometimes need help to find our way. Starting therapy is beginning the process to better understanding and finding ones true self. It is an intimate process where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a safe and judgment free space.
I help children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety and depression. Also, I have extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, crisis situations, and family conflict.
I have an empathic, compassion-focused, and person centered approach to therapy. Also, I use an integrative approach, as there is not a “one size fits all” method for every situation and person. We are all unique in our ways and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of individual. I’m committed to the ongoing process of learning and increasing my cultural competency to provide a therapeutic setting where everyone can feel welcome and comfortable in their journey to feeling well again.
