Kirandeep Sangha, AMFT
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by Cindy Vang, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #100531

I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, addiction, anger, panic, OCD, eating disorders, self-esteem concerns, and experiences of abuse.
I have a strong passion for working with children and teens. I enjoy helping young clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and feel more comfortable expressing themselves. I also believe family support can play an important role in a client’s growth, so I work with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication and build healthier relationships at home.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and individualized to each client’s needs.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
