Heather Borges, AMFT

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Supervised by Leilani Mitchell, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #127220

Life doesn’t have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy. Sometimes we find ourselves navigating a difficult season, feeling disconnected in our relationships, struggling with anxiety, or simply longing for a greater sense of peace and fulfillment. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we can explore life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples experiencing concerns related to anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem, and personal growth. I have a special interest in attachment, relationship healing, emotional safety, and helping people heal from past experiences that may be impacting their present relationships, self-worth, and sense of connection.

I am committed to creating an affirming and inclusive environment that is spiritually, culturally, and gender judgment free. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those exploring diverse experiences of intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. Whoever you are and however you love, you are welcome here.

It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and create meaningful change.
