I help clients process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and recognize the strengths they already possess.

I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to provide practical tools and meaningful support.
