Ali Mansour, ASW
Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker
Supervised by Leilani Mitchell, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #127220

I’m Ali Mansour, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with a Master of Social Work and experience in behavioral health, counseling, case management, and community outreach. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
I have worked with adolescents, refugees, people experiencing homelessness, individuals involved with the juvenile justice system, and other underserved communities. These experiences have taught me the importance of understanding each person’s background, strengths, and goals. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and I work with clients at a pace that feels right for them.
In my current work, I support people as they address the effects of trauma, find stability, and build skills for independent living. My experience also includes crisis intervention, client advocacy, and connecting people with resources that support their well-being. I know that seeking help can take courage, especially when life feels overwhelming.
My goal is to build a trusting relationship with each client and help them feel more confident navigating challenges. I want the people I work with to recognize their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more stable and hopeful.
